Important notice: As the property is located in the airport restricted/transit area, transit passengers must not go through immigration/customs formalities (transit refers to passengers travelling via Singapore to another country without going through Singapore immigration). If you have already passed through immigration/customs, airport immigration will not allow you to re-enter the transit area until your airline counter opens before your departure. Passengers departing from the city please note that most airline counters only open 3 hours before departure. Therefore, unless your airline offers early check-in, you will not be able to enter the transit area in advance.
