Flawless service from start to finish
The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. Room service was quick and the food was delicious.

Perfect in every way
The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed. The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch.
