Beskrivelse
The Majestic Malacca is a century-old mansion dating back to the colonial era of the 1920s. Meticulously restored and refurbished, it stands prominently in central Melaka, overlooking the Melaka River and nestled within the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel beautifully blends Melaka’s diverse cultural heritage and history, with Peranakan culture as its soul. From original ceramic flooring, fine artworks, antique furnishings and teakwood furniture to exquisite silk textiles, every detail combines vintage elements with influences from across the globe, making it the premier accommodation choice for guests seeking history and luxury in Melaka.
The hotel features 54 guest rooms and suites spread across 10 floors. Located in the new wing thoughtfully designed to replicate the style of the original mansion, the rooms evoke the nostalgic atmosphere of the colonial trading era while being equipped with modern comforts.
