Located just a ten-minute drive from Singapore’s city center, Capella Singapore is a tranquil island retreat nestled amidst the lush greenery of Sentosa Island, rich in historical heritage. At the heart of the property lie two restored colonial-style villas dating back to the 1880s; from these, the hotel extends into gardens and courtyards, all framed by captivating sea views. The architectural firm Foster + Partners drew inspiration from the Malay term "Tanah Merah" (meaning "red earth") to design this Singaporean resort, ensuring it exists in harmonious balance with both the historic structures and the stunning natural landscape that surrounds it.

Everything was simply outstanding
The location could not have been better, close to everything yet quiet at night. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed.

Brilliant hotel with a warm welcome
The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The lobby was elegant and smelled wonderful. Great hotel for both business and leisure trips.
