Okay experience, staff were kind

The lobby is elegant and makes a great first impression. Everything worked exactly as it should. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly.

A flawless five-star experience

Great soundproofing, we never heard any noise from the hallway. The evening turndown service was a nice surprise.
